Or, maybe you're thinking, “I'm really feeling stuck”
- Maybe you're stuck in persistent and unwanted feeling states: Maybe you're feeling (for example) worried, scared, bored, lethargic, angry, sad, unworthy, unenthusiastic or generally discontent too much of the time.
- Maybe you're stuck in persistent and unwanted negative behavior patterns: Maybe your behavior is too-often self-destructive, aggressive, repetitious or maybe you're too passive, paralyzed by uncertainty and confusion.
- Maybe you're stuck in negative thoughts, maybe you keep recycling those thoughts and can't escape from them, and they keep you from enjoying your life.
- Maybe you're stuck in your judgments, can't seem to get past them, and you can see how they get in the way.
- Maybe you're specifically stuck in self-negating thoughts and judgments, and suffer from the diminished self-esteem that comes along with them.
- Maybe you're in a rut at work, feel the strong need to escape but don't know what to do.
- Maybe you're in a rut in your relationship (or relationships), maybe you keep dancing the same boring, painful and/or unsatisfying dance day after day after day. Maybe you keep having the same arguments over and over again. Maybe you keep making the same mistakes again and again.
- Or maybe you're not in a relationship because you keep choosing the wrong partner, the same wrong partner, again and again, and your relationships always seem to fail
- Maybe you're confused about what you want, what you need.
- Maybe you're stuck – stalled – in relation to one or more important projects or goals. Maybe you have a difficult time committing to and completing certain important tasks, maybe you're running out of steam, losing interest.
- Maybe you're acutely aware of the gap that results from your unrealized needs and desires, maybe there's a big difference between how things are and how you want them to be.
- Maybe you're starting to give up on the idea that your dreams will ever come true.
