Maybe you're thinking, “I'm doing OK, but things could be better than this...”
- Maybe things are going pretty well in your life overall, but something is a bit off, something is missing, something isn't quite right. Maybe you have a feeling that you're “faking it,” that you're not really being totally real (authentic) in your dealings with others, where it just doesn't feel true and whole. Maybe you can't really put your finger on it, but you know that things could be better than this.
- Maybe your job is mostly going well, but you're noticing that you're working too hard, or that you're bored, or that you're not advancing at the rate you'd like. Or maybe you're feeling underutilized.
- Maybe you're new at your job and feeling “over your head”.
- Maybe you think you'd like to make some change, but you're not sure what, or how, or why.
- Maybe you're in a primary relationship and it's going well. Maybe you want to take steps to ensure that it'll continue to go well, so you and your partner will be prepared for future challenges as well as being open and honest with one another. Or maybe it's not going so well – maybe you're noticing that you're feeling unwanted feelings in the relationship (such as boredom, anger, frustration, withdrawal) too much of the time, but don't know what to do about it.
- Maybe you're single and you're mostly content with that, but you're starting to have second thoughts. Maybe you're starting to imagine a relationship, maybe a family, maybe children. Or maybe you're just feeling disconnected, wanting more of a sense of love, of caring, of belonging, of community in your life.
- Maybe you're facing retirement and you've having a hard time envisioning the course of the rest of your life.
- Maybe you've experienced (or are just about to experience) some other major life change and you're finding that you're having a difficult time adjusting.
- Maybe everything is mostly fine, but you feel that you might need some help realizing your full potential as (for example) a parent, a professional, or a person.
- Maybe you feel your life is actually going very well, but you'd just like to experience more joy and satisfaction in your life.
